to change the background on your desktop every seconds, minutes, or hours. Point it to your dedicated photo folder for playing. Always save pics to that folder. Find pics you like here Photo Links.
ScreenSaver SlideShow for Win95/98 version. Installs slideshow as an option in your Win95/98 screen saver. After you unzip it, right click on bare desktop, pick properties, then screensaver.
The change the option to Slideshow. Point it to your photo folder. Try the effects.
PhotoImpact SmartSaver - Compress pics in memory to load faster and take up less space. Changes JPG files to GIF files or GIF files to JPG files. Unzip after dowloading. For reducing the memory size of pics, choose the JPG version when you run it and use slide bar to choose quality.
Unzip it, and after installation, click on Usscrack to remove the 30 day limit. It will be in the unzip.
Lview 1.9 "Save as" turns gif's photos into jpg photos, can slideshow, resize, or crop photos.
If an image is too big, resize it with Lview. It compresses and reduces file sizes when you "save as"!
WinZip to unzip files after downloading zipped files, of course!
